2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data
When you create an account, we may collect:

• Gender (optional)
• Club affiliation
• Profile photo (optional)
• Skill level and ranking data
Some of this information may be visible to other members within your club.
2.2 Booking & Activity Data
We collect information related to your activity on the Platform, including:
• Court reservations
• Match participation
• League and tournament participation
• Match results
• No-show records
• Reports submitted within the Platform
Clubs act as independent organizers within the Platform and may manage player-related data within their own environment.
2.3 Technical & Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical information, such as:
• Device type and operating system
• App version
• IP address
• Device identifiers
• Usage logs
Analytics data is collected through Firebase (Google) to improve performance and user experience.
2.4 Club & Billing Data
For club administrators, we may collect:
• Business contact information
• Billing contact details
• Subscription status
• Payment-related records (we do not store full card details)
Payments are handled externally and are not processed within the mobile application.
The Platform only reflects subscription status and access permissions based on payment confirmation.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:
• Create and manage user accounts
• Enable bookings, matches, and competitions
• Operate subscriptions and billing
• Improve performance and functionality
• Ensure security and prevent abuse
• Send important service notifications
